What to do when a warranty case occurs?

To make sure we can process your service or warranty request as quickly and correctly as possible, we ask that you inform our Service Department ahead of time by calling our hotline on the above number or by email (info-tomo [at] In case of international returns, please remember to provide the required information for customs and shipment. This saves you additional expenses. Information about how to correctly label international return shipments is available from the respective delivery service provider (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

The original packaging of our products is designed in such a way so as to provide maximum protection during transport. For this reason we ask that you send your TOMO star only in its original packaging when making a warranty shipment. Moreover, the transport insurance is valid only when a product is shipped in its original packaging. If you can no longer find your original packaging, we will be pleased to send you a new one - at a small charge - for your star (whether it is a LISA or a LIAM). To make sure it is safe when you ship it to us.
